Step Two:
Activate VISA Card
After you must have verify your email with Pay Pal to complete your sign up, the next will be getting a Graph card account which comes free to sign up. Activate the amount of VISA Card you want—displayed in US $ (Dollars). Visa Card Company will forward your card details which includes the 3 digit pin to your graph card account ready for use
Once your Virtual VISA Card is setup, you are ready to verify your Pay Pal account.
Step Three
Now Verify Your Pay Pal Account:
Ø Login to your Pay Pal account again.
Click “Unverified” (link) in your Pay Pal “My Account Overview”
On next page, you will see:
Link and Confirm Your debit or credit card, Input your Visa Card Information in the Pay Pal code field and Click Submit You will be directed to the confirmation page. And you will be notified that $1.95 or any other amount was deducted from your VISA Card and that you will need to confirm the amount. Confirming the amount means, you will be asked the Pay Pal deduction transaction number, which you will receive to your VISA balance after paypal receive your visa card information for verification.
Login to your Pay Pal account and Click Confirm Card (at your lower left hand side).
Add the 4 digit code sent to your Visa balance (You will find it in your graph card “Visa Account”) Click Submit.
Instantly, your Pay Pal account becomes Verified.
